Ingredients

  • 1 cSugar (200 grams)
  • 1 cButter (227 grams)
  • 1Egg
  • 1 tspVanilla
  • 1/2 tspCream of Tartar
  • 1/2 tspSoda
  • 2 1/2 cupsflour (325 grams)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream together sugar and butter. Add egg, vanilla, cream of tartar. Cream the mixture again. Mix in flour and soda.

  2. 2

    Put dough through cookie tube using saw tooth form. Cut in 3" lengths, wreaths in figure 8 when the star form is used.

  3. 3

    Bake at 375 degrees for 5-8 minutes.
