Clean and wash spinach nicely.
Make a paste of it with green chillies
Chop onion. Now add Makai flour, Salt and til.
Bind dough.

Divide the dough in 4 equal parts. Take 1 part. Make a ball. Roll it with hands or a rolling pin. Heat griddle. Apply ghee. Now cook dodha from both sides on medium flame. Enjoy.
