Steps

Take a bowl add dal and rice washed and soaked for 2 hours.

After 2 hours take a pressure cooker add ghee,then ghee hot,add jeera and garlic saute then add onion salt,sambhar masala add water.

Then add rice and dal cook for 1 whistle then gas off.

After pressure released,serve khichdi.
