Ingredients: 300 gm makay ka aata/ maize flour; 100 gm all - purpose flour; 2 tsp honey; 2 tsp sugar; 1 tsp salt; 2 tsp oil; 100 gm paneer cubes; 4 capcicum thin slissed; 4 thin slissed onion; 4 tomato thin slissed; 1 tsp chilli flakes; 1 tsp black pepper powder; 1 1/2 cup mozrella cheese; 1/2 cup liquid cheese salt for sprinkle; 2 tsp yeast; 1/4 glass water; 5 tsp pizza sauce

FOr two pizza
300 gmmakay ka aata/ maize flour
100 gmall - purpose flour
2 tsphoney
2 tspsugar
1 tspsalt
2 tsp oil
100 gmpaneer cubes
4capcicum thin slissed
4thin slissed onion
4tomato thin slissed
1 tspchilli flakes
1 tspblack pepper powder
1 1/2 cupmozrella cheese
1/2 cupliquid cheese salt for sprinkle
2 tspyeast
1/4 glasswater
5 tsppizza sauce

Steps

First, In a plate take makay ka aata all purpous flour 2tsp sugar 1tsp salt honey 2sp oil melted cheese make a soft dough by kneading keep aside for formeting atlest 5 hour.

After 5 hour again knead it till smooth now take half dough roll out like roti now arrang all things first spread 2 1/2 tsp pizza sauce then 2tsp liquid cheez all veggies,paneer cubes sprinkle salt or pinch of black pepper powder then 2sp mozrella cheese.

Now, At 210°celcius bake it for 15 to 20 min.
