Kathal ki sabji with little gravy (not much gravy not much dry)

Heat the kadai add oil for deep fry or shallow fry put the jackfruit and potato for fry till brown and soft then remove in a plate

Then make the wet masala take Mixi jaar add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli make a smooth paste

Then in a same pan or kadai add 2 tbsp oil add cumin seeds after crackle of seed add wet masala saute for 2-3 min in medium flame then add chopped tomatoes or puree tomato saute until oil separate from masala

After that add garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder saute for a min

Then add fried Kathal and potato add water like 1/2 cup cover the lid cook for 8-10 min in low flame in between check that masala cannot stick in the kadai

Kathal ki sabjii is ready to serve with chapati

Garnish with coriander leaves in the end
