Ingredients

400 gsweetened condensed milk (refrigerated)
600 mlwhipping cream (cold straight from the fridge)
1 tablespoonvanilla extract
50 mlBailey’s (any flavour)
2 tablespoonscocoa powder

Steps

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix using a hand mixer until you get a thick fluffy texture (like ice cream that started melting)

Put in a freezer friendly container and freeze overnight. Voila. Yummy ice cream ready.
