Ingredients

  • 400 gsweetened condensed milk (refrigerated)
  • 600 mlwhipping cream (cold straight from the fridge)
  • 1 tablespoonvanilla extract
  • 50 mlBailey’s (any flavour)
  • 2 tablespoonscocoa powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix using a hand mixer until you get a thick fluffy texture (like ice cream that started melting)

  2. 2

    Put in a freezer friendly container and freeze overnight. Voila. Yummy ice cream ready.
