2 cupall purpose flour
3Potatoes sliced and boiled
1 tspginger paste
1 tbsproasted cumin-coriander powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Knead a soft dough with flour salt sugar and oil

Prepare a filling by adding the powder masala salt ginger and sugar into the Potatoes
3

Take small portion of the dough and roll it into round
4

Pour the filling fold seal it and roll it into round shape
