Steps

Firstly cut paneer into cubes

Wash all Veggies and cut them into cubes.

Now take a bowl add curd and all the masalas except oil

Add cubed paneer and veggies and allow to marinate for 1-2 hours.

Now take a skewer and pierce the paneer and the veggies alternately as per your choice.

Heat a non stick pan and place the skewers and allow it to cook until all the masala gets well absorbed.Roast it holding both sides of the skewers on medium flame otherwise it might get burnt.

Once done I have placed them on homemade mini charcoal grill to get the smoky flavour.

Sprinkle some lemon juice and chat masala before serving.

I prefer to have it with rumali,laccha onion rings and green curd raita.Believe me the taste is awesome.
