Steps

Soak both the lentil dals for 5-6 hours.

Take a grinder add soaked dal, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and add little water. Make smooth paste.

Take it out in the bowl. Add salt and more water so it become a nice batter for chilla.

Add chopped coriander. Mix it well. Keep it for rest atleast for 2-3 hrs.

After resting the batter. Put non stick plate on medium flame. put 3 -4 spoon of batter on it and spread it like Chilla. It will take 2 min for one side. Drop some oil drops and just turn to next side mor 2 min and it's done.

Serve with mix salad, ketchup and green garlic chutney.
