Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 gramsFresh Tuver
  • 500 gramsMaida for puri
  • 1 tspcornflour for crunchy taste
  • For fryingOil
  • 200 gramsGreen garlic
  • 1 tspgreen chillies
  • 1 tspGinger
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1 tbspGreen coriander leaves
  • As needed Dry friuts(cashew nuts, raisins, almonds)

Steps

    Take a bowl keep tuver crush them in crush machine or chopper, now heat pan add little oil and fry them stir it continuously on slow flame 5 to 7 mins,let it's cook when it gets smootho

    Add harimirch, adrakh and green garlic mix them add salt and sugar now turn off the flame add fresh coriander and dry fruits check masala and taste add 1 tsp garam masala in anthor side in a bowl add maida cornflour ghee or oil salt and make dough like puri make equal sized balls from dough make puri add stuffing and cover like half.

    Press with folk to make border or make ghughata with help of ghughara machine.

    Heat oil in pan fry slowly untill brown and chrisp so ready to serve with green chutney or sauce,green tuver spoon for winter season it's tasty yummy snacks
