Crunchy peanut sesame chocolate lolipops

Firstly heat a pan and dry roast the peanuts until these get light golden colour and crunchy.

Now in the same pain add crumbled jaggery and ghee to it. Stir and melt it on low flame and cook for 1-2 minutes more.

Now coarsely grind the roasted peanuts, 1 spoon roasted sesame seeds and put in jaggery. mix well, turn off flame.

Now make a lolipop from the mix and put a lolipop stick inside it, keep aside.

Now in a bowl add crumbled chocolate and melt it from the method of double boiler.

Now will deep all lolipops in melted chocolate and sprinkle the roasted sesame and fennel seeds over it.

Now put it in the fridge for 1 hour so that it is set well.
