  4. 1 canorange soda
  5. 1/2bouillon cube
  6. Salt

  8. Olive oil

    First, clean the pork tenderloin well and cut it in half. Season with salt and ground pepper. In a skillet or pot, add olive oil and sear the tenderloin well. Meanwhile, chop the onion into small pieces and peel the garlic.

    In the same oil used to sear the tenderloin, add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté well. When golden, pour in the can of orange soda.

    Add the tenderloin and the half bouillon cube, and cook for 10 minutes on one side and 10 on the other. Remove the tenderloin and blend the sauce. Slice the tenderloin and return it to the sauce for a few minutes, and it's ready.
