I used to consider myself a master of the wine reduction. But I learned a trick that helps make a super fast, foolproof gravy which works every time.

Using a whisk, slowly blend the instant gravy into the water.

Microwave the water and gravy mix for one minute.
- 3
Use the whisk to blend the gravy after cooking in the microwave for 1 minute. Then continue cooking and blending in 30 second increments until the gravy reaches the desired thickness.
