Sabudani/Sabudana Tricolor Sweet Recipe

Wash the sabudana correctly in water and drain the water. Keep washed sabudna in a vessel for 8 hours to swell and enlarge

During this 8 hours period sprinkle little water in a vessel for 1 or 2 times (do not put too much water)

After 8 hours take another vessel, add one cup sugar and half cup of water. Start to boil until it become thick syrup and make 3 parts. Add orange colour to 1 part, add green colour to another part. Leave the 3rd part without any colour

Add sabudana to all the 3 syrup parts and 1tsp cardamom powder
- 5
Mix well the 3 sabudana parts separately until it's uniformly coloured

I used these 3 parts and formed the Indian Map Also, use blue food colour and draw a wheel at the centre. Now the recipe is ready to serve and eat.
