  • 1 cupflour (about 120 grams)
  • 1/2 cupbeer (about 120 ml)
  • 1 headcauliflower, cut into small pieces
  • Oregano
  • Parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Shrimp-flavored bouillon
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • For serving:
  • Corn tortillas
  • Chopped onion, to taste
  • Chopped tomato, to taste
  • Shredded cabbage
  • For the sauce:
  • 1/2 cupsour cream (about 120 ml)
  • 1/2 cupmayonnaise (about 120 ml)
  • 2 tablespoonsketchup
  • Limes
  • 4 cupsoil for frying (about 1 liter)
  • Pico de gallo salsa, to taste (optional)

    Wash and disinfect the vegetables.

    Mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and parsley. Gradually add the beer until you have a batter similar to pancake batter. Add the shrimp-flavored bouillon and the teaspoon of baking powder.

    Meanwhile, chop the vegetables.

    Heat the oil.

    Drain on paper towels.
