Pumpkin dry fruit loaf cake

Steps

Steam pumpkin in microwave for few minutes until soft then mash well and keep aside.

Sieve dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.(flour,sugar, baking powder, baking soda).

In another bowl add all wet ingredients (oil,egg, pumpkin puree, corn syrup)and beat until light and creamy with electronic beater.

Add dry mixture to wet mixture and mix nicely.

Add all chopped nuts of your choice and mix well.

Pour batter into greased, lined loaf pan,spread dry fruits on top tap it and bake for 12 -15 mins on 180℃ or until golden brown on top.

Check by inserting toothpick.

Note- You can add any flavour and more nuts of your choice.
