2awla(gooseberry)
1 tbspmethi sambhar (special fenugreek masala for pickle)
2 tspoil

Wash and pat dry Awlas. Thinely slice them.

Add 1 tbsp of methi sambhar masala(ready available),2 tsp oil.
3

Mix well and serve /relish instant awla pickle...as side dish in Lunch/ Dinner meal.
