Ingredients

  1. 2 headscauliflower, nicely deconstructed
  2. 1onion, roughly chopped
  3. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    In a saucepan with salty boiling water, dip the cauliflower pieces and allow them to boil for 2 - 3 minutes.

  2. 2

    In anothe saucepan, saute the onions then add the ginger garlic paste and allow to cook for a minute

  3. 3

    Pour in the cauliflower and toss (if you stir they will break)

  4. 4

    Season and serve
