Firstly take sabji and mash it lightly and add chopped onion,all spices in it and make stuffing by mixing it.

Now heat tawa and make a ball of dough and make a chapati add stuffing in it and roll again.

Now put parantha on tawa and cook from both sides spread ghee on one side and shallow fry. flip and repeat the same process.

Ready to serve with ghee.
