Peel and slice the potatoes thinly. Sauté them in a little oil over high heat for 5 to 10 minutes, then cook over medium heat for 25 minutes.

While cooking, add the crushed garlic cloves. Toward the end of cooking, add the chopped parsley.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. When the potatoes are cooked, add the tomme fraîche cheese, sliced thinly. Heat until the mixture is melted and stretchy.
