Ingredients

  • 1/2 cuphung curd(fresh)
  • 2 tbspchopped tomatoes pieces (deseeded)
  • 1 tspchopped spring onion
  • 1 tspchopped mint leaves
  • 1 tspchopped fresh coriander leaves
  • to tasteSalt and black pepper powder
  • For Serving:
  • 2bread slices (white / brown)

Steps

  1. 1

    In mixing bowl add chopped tomato, spring onion,mint, coriander leaves,salt and pepper powder.

    Add hung curd,mix well and chill.

    Toast bread slices in Airfryer/ Toast for 4-5 mins. Serve / Relish Toasted Herbs Cheese Spread with toasted bread slices.
