Steps

In a big pan heat oil and add ginger chilli paste. Saute for a min. Then add onion and saute till it turns transparent.

Now add capsicum and carrot and cook for a while.

Add chopped pineapple and cook for a while again. Add salt and soy sauce, half part of green onion (Keep half for add in last)

Last add rice and mix well. Cook with lid for 2-3min. On slow flame.

Turn off heat and add chopped green onion and mix.

Serve hot with any mild soup. Or as it is. Enjoy.. :)
