2 Zucchini
3/4 tspRed Chilli Powder
1/8 tspTurmeric Powder
1 pinchAsafoetida(Hing) Powder
1/2 tspSalt
1 tbspCold Pressed Groundnut Oil

Cut each Zucchini in half across the middle, then each half quartered lengthwise.

Toss all the spices and oil with the zucchini.

Allow it to rest for 10 mins.

Spread the zucchini with skin down on a baking tray.

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 120 degree celcius for 25 to 30 mins or till it browns.
