Ingredients

  • 3 cupsrice use tuwo rice
  • 3tblspn of pre cooked rice
  • 2tspn of dry yeast
  • 1tspn baking powder
  • 1egg
  • 4tblspn sugar
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the Rice for at least 8 hours or better still leave overnight

  2. 2

    Rinse the Rice and blend it together with the pre-cooked Rice until creamy (remember to add the water before blending).

  3. 3

    Add the Salt, Sugar and proofed Yeast to the Rice batter and mix together

  4. 4

    Cover up the mixture for about 6 - 8 hours (you can as well leave overnight)

  5. 5

    Add a lil bit of oil to ur pan and fry d both syd until golden brown serve with soup, syrup of yaji. Chefhafsat
