Cut the chicken carefully and wash it with either vinegar or lemon juice.

Now marinade the chicken with grated ginger, onion, garlic, mint leaves, parsley,coriander powder, mixed spices, olive oil, salt, seasoning cube, black pepper and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Cover it and marinate the chicken over night.

Heat oil in a pan under medium high heat and carefully fry the chicken till golden brown.

Cut all the bell peppers, onions, chillies chop the basil and parsley leaves, crush the garlic and ginger, and set them aside

Heat small amount of oil in a pan and sauté the the vegetables, add the ginger garlic paste, chillies,black pepper, mixed spices, curry, thyme seasoning cubes,soy sauce and the remaining marinade.

Now add the chicken to the pepper sauce and toast till it’s fully corporated. Now add the fresh basil leaves, and parsley cover the pan and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
