Steps

Mash the Potato and mix salt and maida

Make a dough and keep aside

Heat a pan add jaggery and coconut stir well

Add cardamom Powder and mix

Now switch off and cool it down

Take small portion of the dough and make small balls

Make hole in the middle and fill it with the jaggery coconut mix

Roll it round and heat oil in a wok

Fry the balls and serve or soak it in sugar syrup till soft
