Ingredients

  • 1/2Brinjal
  • 1 cupgram flour and rice flour batter
  • 1 pinchbaking soda
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

    Matinate the brinjals slices with salt and sugar

    Now whisk the batter adding salt,soda and sugar

  3. 3

    Heat oil and cover the Brinjal slices with the batter and fry in hot oil.
