Orange pulao
Steps

Soak rice for 30 mins.

Heat oil and ghee in vessel add mustard and jeera. After mustard start popping add green chillies and onions. Add cashew, bay leaf, cardamom, ginger garlic paste, cinnamon and clove powder.

After onions are done add green peas and peanuts. Add salt and coconut milk. Coconut milk gives rich taste but reduces orange flavour

Add orange juice and adjust the amount of water. Cook till rice is done.

Serve with korma.
