  • 1 cuprice
  • 5potatoes
  • 1green pepper
  • 1red pepper
  • 1onion
  • Cooking oil
  • Some salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Chopped tomatoes and wash then keep aside

  2. 2

    Chop the onions, tomatoes and peppers

  3. 3

    Wash the rice too. Fry the onions then add tomatoes and some turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add potatoes then the rice. Add the peppers

  5. 5

    Add some salt then cook at low heat till ready
