Quinoa Naan Bread

I am not vegetarian or vegan but time to time I like to bake and try breads with seeds such as #quinoa or #flax seed. This recipe is very simple and easy quinoa bread. You can make either quinoa flat bread or loaf bread.
It is gluten free I have made this bread several times and we do enjoy this bread for following reasons:
- it is easily digested
- it is healthy
- will be your new favourite breed
- it is really delicious and yummy as you can boost the flavour by adding spices, dried or fresh herbs, garlic powder, Italian herbs, Zatar, sesame seeds, ……….. and make quinoa bread with different flavours,
this bread is soft and tender, therefore you can have it with soup, with jam or butter and dip in chutney or use as pizza base
So as you see it is really fabulous bread for vegan and non-vegan. If you give it a go, would know how good it is.

Preheat oven to 218C degree.
Mix quinoa, water, salt, garlic powder, chilli powder and dried basil together. - 2
Then blend the mixture with a food processor or blender until you make a battery mixture.

Now add chopped herbs and mix together. Grease the baking pan with some vegetable oil, and pour the batter onto the pan.

Use a spatula and spread the mixture.

Place it into the oven and bake it for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Let to cool and then cut it into pieces. - 6
