1st we make a better for pakoda..take a besan in a bowl with lighty salt and chilli blend with finger that make better not thik and not thin medium batter.. after that take a pan with mustard oil wait until oil comes air...after that make pakoda with fingers

Now if u take curd than first blend it otherwise if buttermilk can use directly will mix.. some grame flur batter in buttermilk and red chilli and mix well.. after that take pan again for kadhi on sim flam and slowly slowly pour buttermilk in pot.. and not laft this until kadhi doesnt cook when bubbles come in kadhi then u can leave and kadhi is ready now for eat
