Ingredients

  • 2 kgmilk
  • 1 kggrated carrot
  • 2 tbspcream/ desi ghee
  • 1 bowlsugar
  • As requiredDry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a wok and pour grated carrot and milk.

  2. 2

    Cook it till carrot absorb the milk.

  3. 3

    Add cream, desi ghee, dry fruits and sugar and cook for 20 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve the hot halwa.
