Steps

Mix paneer, potato and besan. Add chopped green chillies, coriander, 1/2 tsp garam masala and salt. Make balls of this mixture and deep fry to make koftas.

Heat oil in a pan and add onion and ginger garlic paste. Fry till it turns brown

Add dry masala and tomato puree and mashed paneer and fry till it leaves oil

Paste of all the seeds. Pour water and boil. Add kauri methi.Now add garam masala.

15 minutes before serving, place koftas in a dish and pour boiled gravy on it.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapatis or nan
