Ingredients

  1. 100 gmCottage cheese
  2. 2Potato boiled and mashed
  3. 1 tbspgram flour
  4. 2Onion paste
  5. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  6. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 1 tbspCoriander powder
  8. 1 tspChilli powder
  9. 1/2 cupTomato puree
  10. 2 tbspPaste of Musk melon water melon and cucumber seeds
  11. 2-3chopped chillies
  12. as neededCoriander leaves chopped
  13. 1 tspGaram Masala
  14. to tasteCooking Oil
  15. 2 cupWater
  16. 1 tbspkasuri methi
  17. To tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix paneer, potato and besan. Add chopped green chillies, coriander, 1/2 tsp garam masala and salt. Make balls of this mixture and deep fry to make koftas.

    Heat oil in a pan and add onion and ginger garlic paste. Fry till it turns brown

  3. 3

    Add dry masala and tomato puree and mashed paneer and fry till it leaves oil

  4. 4

    Paste of all the seeds. Pour water and boil. Add kauri methi.Now add garam masala.

  5. 5

    15 minutes before serving, place koftas in a dish and pour boiled gravy on it.
    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapatis or nan
