The reason why I used different size jars is that I use different amounts when use the tomato sauce for making pizza sauce vs. making pasta sauce. I thought of a simple tomato sauce that would work well with all kinds of cooking.*If you don't have a blender, you can use canned chopped tomatoes. *If you're using fresh tomatoes, chop them up and then heat them in the microwave (I cooked 3 tomatoes for 5 minutes).Please simmer them after blending.
