Ingredients

  • 1 cupdhal
  • 1/2 cupcoconut milk
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 2green chillies
  • 1large onion
  • 4 podsgarlic
  • 1spring of Curry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash dhal. Add water.

    Boil the dhal with salt, turmeric, Curry leaves, onion, green chillies and garlic. Until cooked.

    Add the coconut milk and boil it for 5 minutes.
