Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2 cupbeans
  2. Shredded cabbage
  3. Shredded carrot
  4. Slicecucumber
  5. 3egg
  6. Onga classic, 4 Maggie star, curry
  7. Grated pepper and slice onions
  8. 3table sp of flour
  9. Ginger and garlic,
  10. Minced meat

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare the beans – Pre soak beans in warm water (preferably overnight), Peel the beans rise and removed beans skin
    Combine beans, red bell pepper, onion and and 1 cup water in a blender, blend until you have a very smooth
 batter

    Pour the batter into a large bowl, Set aside
    Dissolve salt, palm oil, crayfish and maggi cube and curry in 2 tablespoons of boiling water, set aside to cool. once cooled add to batter

    With a spatula or turning pin (omo orogun) or electric mixer- Mix the batter thorough (this is to incorporate air into the batter and fluff the resulting moi moi. mix for about 10 minutes). Taste and adjust for seasoning

    Add 4 cups water to a large pot, set on high heat and bring to a boil, tie it in laylon and put it in boiling water allow it to cook, at least 1 hour

    Blend your meat with pepper, maggi, ginger and garlic, add flour and combined together

  6. 6

    Make it in to balls

    Put flour and combined together and fry

  8. 8

    Heat the oil add pepper, allow it to start frying, add maggi curry cabbage, carrot and meat balls, stir it and allow it to cook at least 5 minutes then serve
