Ingredients

  1. 2 cupspinach finely chooped
  2. 1potatao medium size
  3. 4green chilli
  4. 1onion big size
  5. 1 spoonsalt
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. 2 pinchasofeotida
  8. 1 tspmango powder
  9. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  10. 1 tspblack salt
  11. 1/2 cupgram Flour
  12. as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly finely chop all the vegetables in a big Bowl.

  2. 2

    Now add spinach and mix well.

  3. 3

    Now add all the spices.

  4. 4

    Mix gram flour in small portions and mix well

  5. 5

    Add gram flour to just bind the ingredientes.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a pan.

  7. 7

    Take small portion like a lemon and drop it in oil.

  8. 8

    Deep fry till golden brown

  9. 9

    Serve hot with chutney.
