Ingredients

  • 2 leavesromaine lettuce
  • 2 leavesred cabbage
  • 2 leavesgreen cabbage
  • 1cucumber
  • 2radishes
  • 2 leavesfresh mint
  • 2 leavespurslane (or substitute with extra lettuce if unavailable)
  • 2 leavesfresh thyme (or substitute with parsley if unavailable)
  • 1onion
  • 1/2 cupcherry tomatoes or regular tomatoes, chopped (about 75 grams)
  • 1small cup olive oil (about 1/4 cup or 60 ml)
  • 1little pomegranate molasses
  • Salt

    Cut all the ingredients listed into large slices or pieces.
