Ingredients

  1. 200 gomena
  2. 1onion
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 1 tbssoysauce
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Select the ones and wash in boiled water

  2. 2

    In a hot pan heat the cooking oil

    Deep fry the omena till shiny

  4. 4

    Add onion and turn them

    Add tomatoes. Cover and let the tomatoes cook. Add pinch of salt.

    Add soy sauce and stir a little bit. It should be ready.
