Peas carrot upma
Steps

Dry Roast rawa till pink colour and keep aside.

Take oil in a kadhai add mustard seeds, jeera, hing, green chillies, curry leaves, chopped onions, Carrots and peas and saute.

Add hot water and allow to boil for 5 mins. Add sugar,salt.
- 4
Now slowly add roasted rawa and mix well.
- 5
Add lemon juice and mix. Cover with lid and cook for 5 mins.
- 6
Ready to serve
