Ingredients

2medium (grated) Potato
1/4 Cup(lightly roasted and crushed) Peanut
1 teaspoonSugar
2(finely chopped) Green chillies
1/2 teaspoonCumin seeds
1/2Lemon (juice)
Coriander leaves (for garnish)
1 pinchHing

Steps

Mix together grated potatoes and yam, keep aside.

In a karahi, heat oil, add cumin seeds, hing and green chillies allow to splutter.

Add in the yam and potato mixture stir and cook till done.

Add peanuts, sugar, salt and lemon, mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
