Cooking Instructions

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl I.e sugar,pinch of salt,wheat flour,baking soda and baking powder

In another bowl mix your wet ingredients take your desired amount of milk,and a bit of vinegar and mix them..you'll notice the milk will sour up.(Don't get scared)let the milk seat for about 10mins.

Then add your Desired amount of vanilla essence and a bit of cooking oil

At this point make a well in the dry ingredients bowl and pour the mixture in the other bowl gradually till you obtain a thick butter with no flour lumps

You can pour this butter into a jug with a lid to easen the work or use a soup spoon to put on the pan

Grease your pan with a little bit of blueband

And start cooking your pancakes

Let it cook till golden brown and flip it over

Serve with tea or preferred drink
