For chutney,take all ingredients and add a 2tbsp water.Grind in a Mixy and now your.green chutney is ready.It's a suitable dip for Dhokla Candy and Many other savouries.

Method For Trio Dhokla Candy
Soak rice and Urad Dal for 4-5 hours.Add Dahi and salt to it and grind and let it ferment for 5-6 hours. - 3
Now distribute it into 3 parts.mix palak juice i onwe,carrot in 2nd and let as it is remainig mix

Take a Dhokla steamer and then grease a small plate.

Take the plain batter and mix it well.Steam it for 5-10 minutes until Dhokla is ready.

In the Palak and carrot juice batter add fruit salt to soften it.Mix it well and also steam cook these.

Let them cool.

Cut into candy shapes.

Now heat oil.Now add Mustard Seeds,Hing and chopped Green Chillies.

Take the Trio Dhokla Candy and place a line of the green chutney on the Dhokla.

Now pour this tadka over the Trio Dhokla Candy.

Garnish with fresh coconut,fresh coriander and pomegranate seeds.

Now it's ready to serve.It is servable with the green chutney.
