Ingredients

  • 4green bananas
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1tablespoonfull salt
  • I egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash unpeeled bananas, bring to boil with salt added for 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Boil the eggs, put in cold water to prevent formation of black ring on the egg. Serve hot with tea,coffee or cocoa.
