Tirangi Puri

These Puri,s can be eaten with potato sabji or chole .
Steps

Make soft dough with semolina and water, keep aside for some time to let semolina swell. Put few drops of oil and knead it again.

Divide wheat flour in two parts,add 1/4 tsp salt and mix. Knead both the divided flours...1 with tomato puree and other with spinach puree and make stiff dough.(Purees should be added as needed).

Put few drops of oil on both the dough and knead again.

Roll all the 3 doughs separately into elongated rolls.Attach the elongated rolls to each other, keep Semolina roll in the center.

Cut the long roll into desired pieces,and make round balls,shape them carefully.

Roll into Puri,s. For perfect shape use a bowl to cut.

Deep fry in hot oil. Similarly make all the Puris. Tricolor puffed Puris are ready to serve.
