#Winter Post-1 Crispy & sweet dates and rajgira chikki made with jaggery and rustic taste of rajgira and rich taste of nutty crunch. This chikki made in fasting day and festive like makar sankaranti.
Steps

Prepare a jaggery syrup by heat the ghee and jaggery along with water on medium heat.

Continue heating till jaggery melt.
- 3
Remove from heat and strain syrup to remove impurities.
- 4
Heat syrup on low flame until the syrup thickens, darkens to desired consistency.
- 5
Add the chopped dates, popped rajgira seeds and nuts to the syrup and mix thoroughly.
- 6
Transfer the mixture over greased surface and roll it with the help of a rolling pin.
- 7
Cut into desired shape and cool.
