Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.

Place them on the griddle.

Wash the cilantro and then disinfect it in a plastic container.

Add the peppers, garlic, and onion (peeled of the first layer) to the griddle.

Remove the charred parts from the tomatoes.
- 6
Place the tomatoes in the blender with the cilantro and add salt.
- 7
Blend on low speed with a very small splash of water.
