Steps

In a cooker add all washed and chopped veggies with water and half tbspn pav bhaji masala in a low flame till 2whistle cook it then mash it. Veggies ready

In a kadai add oil 1tbspn and 2tbspn butter then add onion cook till transluscent then add ginger garlic paste and cook

Add tomatoes and salt as per taste let the tomatoes get cooked well

Add all masalas including pav bhaji and garam masala let it cook and oil separate once done add vegetables puree cook it in low flame once boils switçh off the flame

Serve with butter, coriander leaves, lemon n onion..
