  • 6small sized deep fried mbuta
  • 4tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Oil for cooking
  • Green pepper
  • 1 pinchsalt

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Chopped onions, tomatoes and green pepper

  2. 2

    Add oil in a sufuria and heat then add onions and fry till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and green pepper

  4. 4

    Cook to soften then add a little water. Add salt

  5. 5

    Add fish and cook for 15mins. Don't overcook
