Hello!! foodies!!! Today I am making palak paneer recipe in english. This recipe is very healthy and important for health conscious peoples. As this recipe contains so much of nutrients present in spinach and cottage cheese is the main sauce of calcium in this recipe.This is very healthy specially for childrens. It also looks so nice in colour.

First of all wash and cut all the spinach properly by removing it's root part.
After that boil it in water for 10 minutes
After boiling grind it to a fine paste.
Keep this paste aside and again take a grinder and make a fine paste of 4 big tomatoes, ginger and garlic as in given proportions.
Now heat desi ghee or butter in a pan
Add 2 tsp cumin seeds into it and let it crackle. - 2
Now add tomato puree which we had made. Add salt as per taste and cook it at high flame until it starts sticking and the oil starts floating on it.
This will take at least 10 minutes and after that add grinded spinach paste
Add some more salt as required and stir all this mixture regularly. - 3
Again cook it for 5 to 10 minutes at medium flame.
After that add cubed cottage cheese and mix well. I am adding it without frying, you can also add cubed cottage cheese by frying it with some butter.
Your palak paneer recipe is ready
Serve it hot and garnish it with some coriander leaves.
